What to expect during your studio visit

Camera room experience
When you arrive at our studios, we ensure best in class lighting, digital cameras, and backgrounds. Our professional photographers offer individualized attention that will capture your style. To begin, the photographer will walk through all of your photography needs. If you're not sure what you want, our photographers can help you choose a photography background, a studio prop and the best way to featue personal props from home. While in your session, our photographer will guide you through a variety of different poses and looks. The camera room experience lasts approximately 15 minutes.
View, customize, and order your images
Once your session is complete, you will review your images at our viewing kiosk with a studio team member. If you are bringing children with you, feel free to bring a small snack or toy to entertain them so that you can leisurely view and select your pictures. Instantly personalize your photography and tell your story by choosing from hundreds of design options that support single and multiple images. We offer a large selection of special effects and sheet options, including traditional, black and white or sepia. We also offer a quick and easy option to design custom cards and invitations. Many of our guests select our digital image options which will be conveniently added to your Shutterfly account to be preserved with free unlimited photo storage. Within your Shutterfly account you can download the images or create personalized photo products.
Prints
If you purchase prints, we will send your images to our top-of-the-line facilities for high-quality processing. Your photographs will ship to your given address approximately 14 business days after your visit. Need your order sooner? We offer expedited shipping to your home as an option as well.
Digital
When you purchase a digital album in-studio or online, your digital images will be delivered to you by Shutterfly and saved with Shutterfly's unlimited free storage. Shortly after your session, you'll receive an email directing you to shutterfly.com. If you already have a Shutterfly account, you'll simply log in to access your digital images. If you do not have a Shutterfly account, the email will direct you to create one. To create an account, sign up with Shutterfly.
